What is in HRoom

HRoom is a workspace for HR problems. Describe yours, for example an onboarding redesign, a grading question or a leadership pipeline. HRoom brings in the AI agents and expertise that fit, and you work on it with them.

Six AI agents

The Strategist, the Adversary, the Empath, the Implementor, the Visionary and the Complexity Scientist. Seat the ones your problem needs.

40+ fields of expertise

Total rewards, succession, people analytics, coaching and more. Load them yourself, or let HRoom pick the ones that fit.

200+ frameworks

SWOT, journey maps, operating models and many more, each with its known limits spelled out.

Visuals you can review

Frameworks, tables, charts and flowcharts, drawn in the conversation. Edit the words in place, or comment on any part like a document, and HRoom revises it.

What you can make

Everything below is produced inside HRoom.

Visuals

Charts

Pie, bar, line, stacked and scatter charts from the numbers in your conversation. Ask for different colours and you get them.

Diagrams

Process flows, swimlanes, org charts and framework maps. Ask for a change and the diagram is redrawn.

One-pagers

One page that summarises the case, for a board or a steering committee.

HTML pages

Go from idea to prototype fast and share mockups easily.

Documents and sharing

Reports

HRoom first proposes the sections. It writes the report once you approve them, and only when you ask for one.

Word, PowerPoint and PDF

Reports export to all three, including the charts, diagrams and pictures you chose.

Sharing

Invite colleagues into a room, or send a guest a link.

Working with HRoom

Just ask and write

Write to HRoom the way you would brief a colleague. It decides which agent should answer, and asks you when something is missing.

@ to call someone in

Type @ and pick an agent, or a person you invited, to put the question to them directly.

/ for skills and expertise

Type / to pick a skill: Designer, Researcher, Facilitator, Report writer, Coach or Sparring partner. The same menu loads a field of expertise.

Your files

Upload spreadsheets, decks, PDFs and photos. HRoom reads them, and can redraw a photographed chart or whiteboard as a clean diagram.

The Room engine

One panel that shows where the work stands: who is at the table, which expertise is loaded, what has been settled, what is still open, your files, and how close you are to a report.

HR news

A daily brief on the future of work, AI and other noteworthy HR developments, plus a recap of the last seven days.

Who built it

Sacha has spent twenty-five years in HR, helping leaders and their organisations through the messy human side of work, across industries, geographies and business lifecycles.

He works where leadership, technology, the future of work and talent meet. HRoom is one of his side projects. Trying things out is usually the only way to learn.

Open your first room

It takes a couple of minutes. Describe the problem and HRoom starts working on it.
